Sales and refund policy

Order placement and payment:
Once an order is placed via our website you will be asked to complete the payment asap. This can be done via the online form of your bank of choice or via wire transfer. If all the products are in stock and we receive a proof a payment before 4 in the afternoon the order will be shipped the same day and delivered by Taxi-post within 24 hours (only for domestic deliveries).

Order corrections:

Mistakes in prize, availability or specifications:

Making mistakes is human and we are no exception. We strive to provide the most complete and accurate information on all products. Groundedbmx.com cannot be held responsible for price changes, typos or omissions, and we reserve the right to correct any errors. We are not obligated to to honor incorrect prices.

Returns and exchanges:
Groundedbmx.com accepts every product for return that is bought at groundedbmx.com and doesn't show any signs of usage. You can trade if for an other product with the same value or ask for a refund. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns, unless Groundedbmx.com is at fault for any errors in shipping or item accuracy. Every return will be handled on a case by case basis. If an ordered product, that has already been paid for, is unavailable, Groundedbmx.com will refund the money.

Warranty:
Groundedbmx.com cannot be held responsible for the warranty on certain products. Generally, the customer should contact the manufacturer first regarding warranty questions, and they will often facilitate replacement directly. Off course if needed we are glad to provide any help necessary.
